End of the Game and Scoring
When Galileo Galilei ends, the final round, end-game scoring for the university, Inquisitors and Reputation, ties, and the colour-blind dice.
End of the game
The end is triggered when the last Discovery card leaves the deck — normally when it is laid on the display, but also when it is taken as a constellation reward.
- Finish the current round, so that the player sitting before the first player (who keeps the telescope standee) has played.
- Then everyone plays one more turn, starting with the first player.
- Score the end-game bonuses and the most points wins.
If the display has a gap during the final round, fill it with a random unused Tier III card from the box. A constellation reward that asks for a card when the deck is empty takes one from the box the same way.
Final scoring
The flag at the top right of the university gives the order: first the university, then the Inquisition.
University
For each Scale tile, multiply how many times you met its Subject by the multiplier of the row your University token is on (Subjects and Scale tiles). A token still on the stairs scores nothing.
Inquisitors
Each Inquisitor still in your cellar scores the number below its space: –8, –4, –2 or +1 (The cellar). Inquisitors sent away with Farewell score nothing.
Reputation
Your Tribunal token scores its space: from –10 to +10 (The Tribunal).
Scoring example
Ties
The tied player with the highest total of dice values left wins. Still tied: the one with more Quadrant tokens. Still tied: they share the win.
100+ — past 100 points, flip your Score token and keep counting round the track.
[Moon] Luna does not change the end of the game or the final scoring (Luna).

Colour-blind help
Every die face has a dot beside its number: yellow on the right, red on the left, blue under the number. The cost icons carry the same marks, and two-colour Major Object icons show both.
