Expansion: Connoisseur Pack
The Vinhos Deluxe Connoisseur Pack: the Phylloxerae Vintage tile, Ocean tiles and the double-sized Vineyard, Winery and Cellar — setup, rules and scoring.

A one-sheet pack for both the 2010 Reserve and the Special Vintage 2016. Apart from setup and the tiles’ own rules, nothing changes.

Setup changes
- Phylloxerae (optional, for experienced players) — shuffle it into the Vintage deck.
- Ocean tiles — lay them over the regions you are not using, so the map shows only the regions in play. Purely practical.
- Double-sized tiles — put them next to the board. They replace normal tiles: keep the setup counts for the player count and swap some normal Cellars and Wineries for doubles.
Phylloxerae Vintage tile
If it is turned up, nobody produces wine that year. You may still issue a Press Release or present at the Fair with wine you already have — and that year the Magnates accept a wine of any colour, value or region. Without wine you cannot issue a Press Release and may miss the Fair.
Double-sized tiles
Each double tile covers two slots of an Estate. Each player may own only one of each kind. FAQ FAQ
Double Vineyard
- Buy it with the Vineyards action for 6 Bagos; add a Renown cube to its region as usual.
- It may only go into an Estate that already has a Vineyard — so that Estate will have no Winery.
- It gives +3 Wine Quality at Production, but holds only one Farmer.
Double Winery
- Buy it with the Wineries action for 5 Bagos; add a Renown cube to its region.
- It gives +2 Wine Quality, but houses only one Enologist.
Double Cellar
- Buy it with the Cellars action for 4 Bagos; add a Renown cube to its region as usual.
- Aging bonus by slot +2, +2, +4, +6 instead of +1, +1, +3, +5.
- [Tasting] Tourists may not visit it (Tasting Room).
Scoring changes
A double-sized tile counts as one tile for Multiplier tiles (one Winery, one Vineyard, one Cellar), but it fills two slots, so an Estate with only two tiles can still count as complete for the “all 3 slots filled” Multiplier.
