Game End and Scoring
Unload the last ships, score your industries by district value and your canal development, then find the winner.
Final scoring
After the 1860 city council, score in this order. Prestige scored here is shown on the components with a green star (
).
Ships
Unload every ship still in the canal at its market, as in Unloading a ship:
- First send all traders on these ships to their export agencies. Raise your trade levels, and take £1 as each trader’s bonus (cash breaks ties).
- Then unload all the goods and score them.
Industries
Each district has a total value: its basic value (the green star by its name: McCord and St. Ann 3, St. Gabriel and Les Bassins 2, Wellington 1) plus the value of each service developed there (+1 or +2, printed by its space). Each industry you own in the district, basic or upgraded, scores that total.
Canal development
For each of the three canal districts, multiply the number of industries you own there by the highest prestige value your canal development marker for that district has reached (1, 3, 5 or 6 on your company board).
Winner
Most prestige wins. In a tie, the tied player with the most cash wins; if still tied, they share the victory.
