Solo

Mombasa has no official solo mode.

This game has no solo mode

Mombasa is for 2 to 4 players; the rulebook has no solo rules and the Cooked Books promo adds none.

Players on BoardGameGeek have written unofficial solo opponents, such as the fan-made “Mautoma” (an automated rival run by its own card deck and mat). They are fan material, not part of the published game, and this guide does not cover them. Look for them on the Mombasa files page.
