Run an ocean institute

You each run an ocean research institute. Over 6 rounds you recruit Specialists, send Vessels to explore, discover new zones, dive, protect habitats and publish Journals. Nothing is taken out of the sea: everything you gain makes you better at the work.
The most points wins. They come from your four attribute tracks, the Impact board, the Mission’s three goals, some Journals and Senior tier-5 Specialists, and a few for leftovers. How you win.
