International Market

The Gallerist's International Market: column and row access, taking Reputation tiles, making offers at the auction, and the bonuses of every space.

Here you send Assistants abroad. The table has 3 columns; its upper 4 rows hold Reputation tiles, its lower 3 rows are the auction. Assistants placed here stay all game and count at the end for majorities and the auction.

Both actions need an Assistant available (from your office or a Location). In the solo and 2-player game the middle column is not used.

Access to the table

To use a column you need the Visitors shown above it in your Lobby (Visitors in your Gallery do not count):

With one of each Visitor in your Lobby you can use every column. Only one Assistant may stand on each space.

Take a Reputation tile

Each of the upper rows belongs to an art form (shown at its left): you can use a row only if you have acquired — exhibited or sold — a work of that form. You cannot take this action without a free Reputation space on your player board, or before acquiring any work.

1. Gain the Influence shown above the column.
2. Take the Reputation tile and put it on an empty Reputation space of your player board. You gain the bonus of the space you cover, not of the tile; the tile scores at the end.
3. Move one Visitor from your Lobby to the Plaza, if you have any.
4. Put one of your Assistants on the empty space.

Make an offer for Art of International Renown

The lower 3 rows are offers of 1, 3 and 6 money for the renowned works on the easels.

1. Gain the Influence shown above the column.
2. Choose a row and pay its offer: 1, 3 or 6 money. Influence can pay part of it.
3. Take the bonus on the space.
4. Put one of your Assistants on the space.
