Cards & Components

Every Lisboa component face: all 37 Clergy tiles and 70 Decrees with their effects, the Political card rewards, penalties and benefits, the four ships, Royal Favors, Public Buildings, Plans, City and Scoring tiles, and every wooden piece.

Every distinct face, what it does and where the rules explain it. Discarded and replaced Political cards and Ships leave the game (FAQ). Board, piece and tile-type pictures are from the rulebook and player aid; the face of every Clergy tile, Decree, Political card, ship, Public Building and Plan is Eagle-Gryphon’s art from the public Tabletop Simulator module. The effect text is paraphrased from the player aid.

Political cards

80 different faces in four decks (the rulebook counts 82 cards). A Noble card’s top shows its Noble, year, and Influence gained by playing it into the Royal Court; its bottom reward or penalty applies when tucked into your portfolio. Visit a Noble by playing that Noble’s card, and tucking a card gives no Influence (FAQ, FAQ). A Treasury card pays for its sponsored action and gives the benefit shown at the bottom when tucked. If you tuck any card, you must then sell or trade goods; without goods, only a card that gives you one lets you do that (FAQ, FAQ). In solo, only rubble sets and the Political card decks can end a period (FAQ). How to play them: Political cards.

Public Buildings

16 tiles with a green-architect side and a blue-architect side; both sides show the same businesses. A north-side site must match one of the building’s colours; when a new building opens, matching stores score for it once, while stores already scored for earlier buildings do not score again. A site reward may be declined, and a site reward Plan does not replace the Plan needed to open a Public Building (FAQ, FAQ, FAQ, FAQ). Open a Public Building

Plans

20 Plans, 10 per architect: two copies each of the 2-, 4- and 5-Official Plans and four of the 3-Official Plan, two of which have a blue back — the 4 Starting Plans. The number of Official busts is what you need to complete it. In solo, Lacerda ignores Plans and Officials when opening a Public Building (FAQ). You may hire all required Officials as freelancers, but must use your own Officials already in offices or plazas first (FAQ). Acquire a Plan
