Cards & Components

Every Kutná Hora card, tile and token face: the 6 action cards, all 24 guild and 12 public buildings, St. Barbara tiles, all 27 mine tiles, the setup cards, the 10 events, promos and tokens.

Pictures come from the rulebook. Faces it doesn’t show (most building tiles, the mine tiles, the setup and event cards, the action cards) are cut from the card sheets of a public Tabletop Simulator mod; every value the rulebook also prints matches.

Kutná Hora boardKutná Hora board — the town above, the mines below, the score track round the edge. Two sides: more squares for 3–4 players, fewer for 2. A Plot action claims one square. With no buildings, any free square costs 5; afterward plots must touch a building until those adjacent spaces fill, then any free square costs 5. Setup FAQ FAQ FAQ FAQ
Town hall boardTown hall board — the building market (columns cost 1 groschen, 1, 2 and 3 permits), the patrician pool and the council. Rights FAQ FAQ FAQ FAQ FAQ FAQ
Rounds trackRounds track — five-round side (4 players) and six-round side (2–3); tax track and per-round penalties. Tax stops at 25; if you skip taxes, reputation loss follows the round track rather than the tax amount. The patrician icon triggers council scoring at the end of each of the last three rounds. Taxes FAQ FAQ FAQ
Player boardsPlayer board — house rows for your 3 guilds, production tracks, miner pool and reserve, plot markers, reputation track. House rows match their guild, but removing a house never scores the printed reward; reputation end values score only at game end. House effects. If you still have one miner in your pool, you may pay one permit to refill it to two before a Mine action; the two Miners’ ore tracks are the same commodity and both count for Income. Mine tiles

27 tiles: 6 of tier I, 9 of tier II, 12 of tier III. Entrance mine costs 2 wood; every other square costs the highest printed cost beside or above it, not their sum. Mine-row placement is compared by stars, not miner figures; ties for first share first-place points and the next player is third. Every player earns Income from mined ore. Each face shows its stars, what it gives when you evaluate it and, at the bottom, the wood cost for the squares beside and below it. Stars count for the mine rows.
