Cards & Components
Every card, tile and token of Florenza: X Anniversary Edition — the 34 Artists and 6 Preachers, Captains of Fortune, Life in Florenza cards, Workshops, crests, markers, coins and Resources — with what each does and where its rule is.
Character cards, Captains of Fortune and Workshop tiles come from the card images of the
Tabletop Simulator mod of this
edition; everything else from the publisher’s rulebook. Values marked check against the physical
component could not be read with certainty. Characters carry a number (1–40) on card and tile; the Roman numeral by
the name is how many rounds they stay (setup, Phase 8).

---

Bishop — +1 Kinsman for the Bishop; expelled Kinsmen wait here (Phase 3, FAQ).

Tiles
Character tiles
| Tile | What it is |
---
40 character tiles (34 Artists, 6 Preachers), drawn from the bag and set on their cards. A tile on its card = available; under your Kinsman = hired; on the Captain card = detained (Phase 2).
Workshop tiles
44 tiles of 30 kinds, each with an Under Construction side (building cost, reward) and a Built side
(what a Kinsman does) (Build, Production).
Each row pictures both sides: Built (what a Kinsman there does) and Under Construction (what it costs,
and the Prestige you score when you finish it). A Kinsman activates a built Workshop in Phase 5;
construction requires paying the full cost then, or the tile is returned and you lose 1 Prestige
(Workshop rules, FAQ).

Tokens & pieces
Family pieces
| Piece | What it does |
---
District boards (Medici, Pazzi, Pitti, Rucellai, Strozzi), Player side: 8 Workshop spaces, base income, Chiesa with its Predicatore space, Palazzo (Artworks in your District). An empty Chiesa loses 8 points at game end: 1 per uncompleted Artwork plus 4 for completing none (FAQ).
Ghost side — the Action Table for solitaire (Solitaire); count only empty spaces and wrap from the first again if a die roll exceeds their number (FAQ). If it fills all spaces, clear lying-down Kinsmen and continue; its Bishop never costs it an action (FAQ, FAQ). If the chosen Artist cannot match any remaining Artwork or none is available, that action is skipped (FAQ, FAQ).
Building/Artwork table — every Workshop and Artwork with costs and rewards.
Turn Order, Captain and Bishop markers — Captain back +50, Bishop back +5 (The tracks). Overflow wraps to the start of the track; turn the marker to its +50 or +5 side, then keep counting (FAQ). Tied players without office reverse their order (FAQ). If one player holds both offices, they still take only the first turn, then use each office’s power in its phase (FAQ).
13 Family Crests — 10 normal; 3 special with 2 , 1 or 1 income (Family Crests). Ghosts ignore this income and main-board Artwork income (FAQ).
x2 / x3 multiplier tiles — for Resources and Fiorini beyond the pieces (Phase 1).
8 Kinsmen — your workers (Phase 4). Unused workers return to your pool without reducing next round’s income, and income above eight is lost (FAQ, FAQ).
