Tips & Strategy
A practical first-game plan and common timing reminders.
How to teach it
Start with the card’s triple role, then introduce the income grid and construction. Add Capital actions and final scoring after players can follow a normal turn.
Your first game
Plan the row or column you want to activate next before placing a tile on your grid. Try to establish access to the advanced resources you need, and choose an Action card only after checking its income, building property, and turn order together. Scoring conditions are tight: a set of Houses can support a Ritual, a Pyramid, and the round bonus at once.
Videos versus the rulebook
Videos can help players see the compact turn cycle, but use the rulebook’s exact costs, placement restrictions, and scoring values when they differ.
