Plan a five-round sprint

You will select one Action card in each of five rounds. Its resource, building property, and number each shape a different part of the turn.

Build your income grid

Houses take Building tiles from the map and place them on your nine-space player grid. Later, a chosen row or column pays its resources.

Use Capital actions

Spend Gold on Trade tiles, build Pyramid levels with resources and a Priest, place Ritual discs, and spend Corn with a Priest to climb the Sacrifice track.

Construct and score

Build only where your selected card allows. Then score houses that match the round’s bonus property.

Finish the city

After round five, score the Sacrifice track, each Ritual card, and every Pyramid; its scoring tile rewards matching buildings.
