Does a character in a Park make an adjacent character visible? Official
No. A Park conceals in both directions: its occupant stays invisible and does not reveal neighbours. The neighbour can still be visible through a Gaslamp or another character outside a Park.

Does a Metro entrance hide its occupant? Official
No. Treat a Metro entrance as a normal street space for visibility; it is not a Park.

Does the Informant make an adjacent character visible?
No. He is not one of the eight character tokens and does not affect their visibility.

Does Cloud Rider cross Parks for free? Official
No. Only Buildings and Building sites receive her free crossing. Bruno Cathala corrected a later rulebook illustration: the pictured Parks should have been Building sites.

Can Tumblety swap himself with an adjacent character? Official
No. Swap the adjacent character with a different character, excluding Tumblety himself. An adjacent character in a Park may be selected.

Can Tumblety swap the Informant?
No. The Informant is not a character, so he cannot be either swap target.

May an Investigation tile cover the Informant? Official
No. It also cannot cover characters, Buildings or Building sites. Legal terrain is street spaces, Parks and Metro entrances; quaysides are excluded.

Can Eastman move another character onto Liberty Island? Official
Yes. Ferry movement is allowed. The moved character still cannot use the Metro, accuse or use its own power.

What happens when a character cannot move? Official
It stays where it is but still uses a mandatory power. Being blocked does not cancel that power.

Can I build a tile to block access to the land exit? Official
Yes. Construction can block a route; Grant can later transform the obstacle into a Park. Cloud Rider retains her own special crossing of Building sites.

Does consulting the Informant end movement?
Yes. End the move on the Talkative Informant, resolve the Alibi and relocation, and stop. Ending there requires consultation. The thread quotes Bruno Cathala's direct email confirmation; the posted email is relayed by a player.

May a character pass through the Talkative Informant without consulting him? Official
Yes. Passing through does not trigger consultation; ending there does. The same pass-through permission applies when he is Mute, but you cannot finish on that side.

How much movement does a ferry arrow cost? Official
One point crosses a directed arrow between Liberty Island and a quayside. Follow arrows into and out of the island; the arrow is not an extra space to stand on.

Can the Detective accuse on Liberty Island? Official
Yes. The island conceals a character but does not prevent a legal accusation.

Can Jack escape during round one?
No. The Witness card starts Visible; escape permission can first be earned at the first appeal, for round two.
