Promos and Community Variants
Official promotional routes and clearly labeled fan scenarios.
Official promo stages
These route cards add layouts, not a new turn system. Build the route as shown, then use the base rules or the selected Grand Tour rules.

Team Trial
Setup: use the official promotional Team Trial route and arrange riders in teams as its rules specify. This official promotional stage uses the Team Trial rules: resolve the race as a team time trial, with its no-blocking and teammate-drafting rules. Use the stage card’s paired team format. See the BGG entry.
The Adventskalender parent is a calendar product, not a separate Flamme Rouge module; only its Flamme Rouge route promo is listed here.
Community variants
These variants are not publisher expansions. Use them only when every player agrees. Source files and public provenance gaps are recorded in HANDOVER and docs/SOURCES.md.
Legendary Riders
A community solo Grand Tour by Antoine Gruzelle. You race one featured rider with two teammates against three dice-driven opponent teams. The campaign uses five stages, rider-specific talents, Tour Points, and longer routes in later stages. The source also offers a six-stage variant and a three-stage Express Tour. The Sprinteur starting-deck line appears inconsistent in the source; it is left unresolved.
Fan Grand Tour special traits
The optional designer print-and-play rules add asymmetric teams to a Grand Tour. Before the first stage, each player secretly draws two trait cards, assigns one to either rider, and discards the other. A one-use trait refreshes each stage; other traits last for the Tour. The 2016 module is separate from the current retail Specialist Riders. The Special Trait cards & Scoreboard file supplies the nine trait cards and a rider roster; every face and effect is listed in Cards & Components.
Giro 2018 and Tour de France 1934 scenarios
The Giro 2018 and TdF 1934 scenario files are community campaign scenarios that combine official modules and custom routes. They need their scenario sheet and every setup card to play. Their route-specific cards are to be added; do not treat scenario-specific scoring as official rules.
Le Mura di Lucca
A custom course credited to Giacomo Vaiani. Build it from the lettered tile layout printed on the available scenario sheet; its public provenance and any specialized tile orientation remain unverified. It adds no separate scoring rule.
Finishing-time variant
An unattributed fan variant calculates a more granular finish time from the movement value and distance to the line, then resolves ties and a five-second Grand Tour window. It also proposes alternative podium time bonuses. It changes official finishing rules and is optional; the exact table is pictured in the source, but the author and public source remain unknown.
Free Expansion Pack
Jeppe Christiansen’s fan-made Grand Tour pack contains 20 optional bonus cards. Draft a card before each stage; some effects last a whole stage, others are one-use. The 20 custom card faces and plain-language effects are listed individually in Cards & Components.
Adventskalender Promo
Setup: insert its single new track section wherever the route card or players agree; keep it in the chosen route’s letter order. It changes only the track layout.

Giro 2019
Playagame Edizioni prepared five promotional routes designed by Simone Spaziani. Select and build one stage from the printed card sheet, then use the base or Grand Tour rules. Each route face is To be added.
Giro 2018 scenario
This community campaign provides 21 route setups and scenario-specific event/rest-day instructions. Select its stage order and use the stated official module rules; exact scenario changes and all route cards are To be added.
Tour de France 1934 scenario
This community eight-stage campaign combines base rules with Peloton, Meteo, Grand Tour and Team Trial. Build the selected stage from its scenario card; its time/campaign adjustments are To be added pending face inspection. The package is not a publisher scenario.
Le Mura di Lucca
This community route is credited to Giacomo Vaiani. Set up the course by following the lettered image; the actual tile sequence is To be added until its image is independently checked.
Free Expansion Pack
Jeppe Christiansen’s fan-made pack contains 20 optional cards for Grand Tour. Before each stage, shuffle the cards and deal three to each player; each keeps one. Some cards are one-use and others last for the stage. All 20 faces and their effects are listed in Cards & Components.
