Planning Commission

Planning Commission cards, Type A and Type B

Every game has 1 Type A and 2 Type B cards, open to all, scoring Influence at the end. Some score for everyone; competitive ones pay only 1st and 2nd. For a tie, add the tied places’ points and share them equally, rounding down.

Planning Commission cardScoring
A — Plants in a region (4 cards)Influence based on how many of your plants are in that region, as printed.
A — Connected plants in seriesInfluence for your largest group of plants joined along the golden road without gaps.
B — Highest productionEveryone scores 2 × the level of their highest production track. FAQ.
B — Lowest productionEveryone scores 3 × the lowest level among tracks where they have a disc; ignore tracks without production. FAQ.
B — Strategy spaces coveredMost spaces covered with your shares: 13; second: 6.
B — Money leftMost money after repaying notes: 14; second: 7.
B — Promoters in handMost: 16; second: 8.

If players tie, add the points for the tied places and divide equally, rounding down. FAQ. In solo and two-player games remove the three “left over” cards (money, Promoters in hand, Promoters in pool), because they would give the AI an unfair advantage. FAQ.
