Learn Red7
Learn the game in 5 short steps. Everything links to the full rules.
The whole idea
You must finish your turn ahead under the Canvas rule. Improve your face-up Palette, alter that shared rule, or do both. The last player left wins Basic Red7. Learn the turn.
Cards and spaces
Each player starts with seven hand cards and one face-up Palette card. The Canvas begins Red; the player left of the highest Palette card starts. Setup.
Play a turn
Play to your Palette, discard to the Canvas, or first do the former then the latter. A Canvas discard must leave you winning. Doing nothing concedes. Turn details.
Choose the right comparison
Count only the qualifying set. Break a count tie by its highest card, comparing number then color. Orange counts one number group; Blue counts different colors; Indigo counts a consecutive run. All seven rules.
Add modules later
First try Basic for one round. [Advanced] Add conditional drawing and banked scoring for a longer game. [Actions] Odd-numbered cards can instead gain extra effects when played to the Palette. These modules can be combined. Scoring and Actions.
