Must a newly published book be paired with an unpaired voyage immediately?
No. Pairing is optional. You may leave a book or voyage unpaired and choose a partner later. Once attached, a book cannot be moved, and only a completed voyage with a published book provides income.

Does a lens that skips spaces provide an extra action or rewards from spaces it skips?
No. It changes movement within the current action. Resolve the space where you land, not the skipped reward. When an Explore lens skips map spaces, pay each path cost and investigate only the destination. For Research, the skipped globe and its adjacent corners are not resolved. For Sail, take the reward of the space where the ship lands.

What does the advanced Grow lens’s equals-symbol effect mean?
One flower planted with that action may be cultivated immediately. That directly cultivated flower does not grant the pond-tile or sketch bonus.

Can an additional Explore action stay at a sketch location and draw another sketch?
Yes. Movement is optional, and each investigation of an occupied sketch location gives a sketch and that location’s reward. The location is refilled only at the end of the turn, and an explorer there prevents its sketch from being refilled.
