Boards

The central board has the two Alice tracks, Wish spaces, crown spaces and Influence Point track. The chessboard and four colour action boards support the two-sided 1–2 / 3–4 player layout. Each player has a courtier board.

Cards

Each player has 10 basic cards. Bronze, Silver and Gold cards form the shared market and stronger cards enter your discard pile when acquired. Train cards are chosen secretly each round; their reward replaces the normal printed row or column reward.

Enhanced Cards variant: deal two to each player; keep one and pass the other left. Replace matching basic cards. In a two-player game, exchange the second card with your opponent. If both choices are the same colour, replace both red and white basic Pawns.

Train Cards

The publisher’s Appendix 5 shows the Train Card faces and effects at manual-page scale. This overview does not include standalone full-resolution crops.

Tiles

Wish tiles are divided into four stacks. Use the printed starting set in your first game; otherwise draw one tile from each stack and place them randomly. Crowns cover Wish spaces and mark action-board milestones. The three-player Alternate Crowns variant uses mini-crowns on alternating spaces.

Tokens & pieces

Components include the chess pieces, two Alice pieces, player paw markers, Heart and Diamond tokens, resource cubes, five black storage cubes per player, flower tokens, book tokens, Bookmarks and crown markers. The three-player setup uses unclaimed-colour tokens to cover its marked chessboard spaces.

Icons

The rulebook’s pp.27–28 reference pages explain the action-card, Bookmark, Wish and Train icons. Appendices 3–5 show the Bookmark, Wish and Train faces at manual-page scale. They do not provide standalone full-resolution crops; invited-character face references remain open.
