Shared market

Use the player-count table above to set the deck size.
Set aside unused cards without looking at their scoring sides.
Shuffle all cards that remain.
Deal the shuffled deck into three roughly equal piles, scoring side up.
Flip two cards from each pile into the shared vegetable market, vegetable side up.
Choose a starting player.
