Game End & Scoring
When Point City ends, how buildings and Civic Tokens score, and the tie-breaker.
Game end
The game ends when the Draw Pile is empty and the Market cannot be refilled. Each player gets exactly 17 turns; 14 Market cards remain after the final refill.
Score your City
Add the points on your constructed Buildings to the points from your Civic Tokens. A Civic Token that shows one resource type scores its printed amount for each matching permanent resource in your City. When a token shows a set of resource types, count complete sets: for example, two Community and two Energy symbols make two pairs, so a 3-point-per-set token scores 6 points. If you have two tokens that reward the same resource, that resource can contribute to both.
Tokens that score resource icons count only permanent resources on built Buildings; unspent Resource cards do not count. A Civic Building itself gives you the right to take a Civic Token but scores no printed points or permanent resource.
The player with the most points wins. On a tie, compare the number of unspent Resource cards in hand; if still tied, share the victory.
