At the start of round two, do the three Market Markers return to their original starting positions or stay where they ended round one?

The BGG reply says to return them to their original starting positions for the player count, then apply that round’s Demand Tile movement and roll the Market Dice. The reply came from Drogho, not the verified publisher or a credited designer, so it is a community answer. The rulebook’s Market Update step says to place the markers in the player-count positions each round, which supports this reading.
