A strong turn often combines the department’s main task with training, but compare the two- and three-shift workstations before choosing: acting earlier can matter more than an extra shift. Bank shifts early enough to protect against Sandra’s evaluations, and remember that newly gained bonuses wait until a later day.

Track Sandra’s next stop. If you are last on the training track, either improve your position or satisfy that department’s safety requirement before she evaluates it. A missed department can also change the end-game timing.

Match designs and parts with the cars you expect to claim. Upgrades to a model help your garage cars at each week-end check, while only upgraded designs matched to a car you own count as tested.

Meetings reward preparation: collect speech tokens, pursue goals you can meet repeatedly, and watch the multipliers other players may claim first. The official Gaming Rules! tutorial demonstrates the sequence and interactions in a full teach.
