Timing and modifiers
A phase icon identifies when an ability works. A preceding or following arrow means before or after that phase. A colored phase icon with an item indicates the part of the phase for that type. For example, after Supply of Art means all players already had their ordinary art stocking opportunity.
Local Store modifiers apply to crates in that Store. An explicit reference to other Stores broadens the effect. Discounts can stack but a payment never becomes negative: stop at $0. A sale penalty likewise cannot make you pay the buyer; the floor is $0.
Important Store rulings
- Art Studio / Jewelry Crafter: after that type’s Supply, choose to add new crates from the general supply to the market or take the indicated points for crates remaining there. Adding crates is not a sale and pays no money. Ordinary stocking has already ended; a separately timed Consignment Store may still take them.
- Bank: each purchase of points is limited to 5, but it allows two purchases during Investment, for at most 10 points altogether.
- Freezer / Warehouse: goods must reach valid demand as usual. They give the printed points instead of money; other Stores selling under the same bid still earn their usual money.
- Liquidators: their closing reward is not an expiration or surplus reward. Discarding goods for another reason does not trigger it.
- Peddlers: do not close if every committed crate becomes surplus and none actually sells. A printed purchase discount applies after deciding the auction winner.
- Consignment Store: decide immediately after stocking the relevant type; you cannot go back to an earlier type after seeing later stocking.
- Knockoffs: another player’s committed sale determines the modifier even if that player sells after you.
- Jewelry Collector: pay its Utilities even if it subsequently closes.
