Game End and Scoring
The Inti dial, activity values, Temples, Llamas and winner determination.
Sun points and Inti devotion
Activities do not score immediately. When a Raymi tile or a personal Sun bonus asks for an activity’s Inti devotion, count its currently visible Suns and add them to your dial. Each future Dawn adds the dial’s full value to your Sun score. The dial is cumulative and never resets.
If an Ayar reaches space 30, each player chooses two different activities, adds those activities’ Suns to the dial and takes a Llama for each chosen activity with at least six Suns.
Moon points
At Night, the retiring Ayar’s Step marker scores one activity on your board. A female Ayar also scores each Temple in its row, left to right. Each Temple adds the current Moon value for its activity plus the column bonus. Your activity values can improve during the game, so the same Temple may be worth more if its Ayar retires later.
| Activity | Moon value at Night |
|---|---|
| Pottery | 1/4/9/16 for sets of 1/2/3/4+ Pots of one colour; wild facedown Pots count as one chosen colour each. |
| Weaving | Value below the rightmost consecutive completed column, starting from the left. |
| Terrace farming | Total Moons revealed from emptied Maize boxes. |
| Reed bundling | Number on your highest Island slot. |
Llamas and final score
After the fourth Night, allocate your Llamas between Sun and Moon using the printed conversion key. Choose the split that raises your lower track. Your result is the lower of the two totals; the highest result wins. On a tie, compare the other score: the closer score wins. If still tied, share the victory.
Player-count balance
The Main board and all scoring rules are shared at every count. Fewer than four players use the corresponding Step tile side to block unused spaces on their Player boards. On the Lake board, use only the Viracocha positions marked for the number of players.
