Can my worker visit the same office on consecutive turns? Official

No. Move to a different office. Occupied spaces do not block workers or suitcases.

Must I schedule a plane as soon as I lease it? Official

No. Store it in your hangar until a later Schedule Flights phase. Cleanup limits the hangar to two planes.

Can I remove an assigned destination? Official

No. Rearrange unlocked tiles or build an extra gate. A reserved tile may be removed only to make space when reserving with all three reserve slots occupied.

Yes. Complete the reserve step, including making a reserve slot available, before assigning the new tile.
