Actions and Building for PDX.

Build

Choose one:

• Upgrade a gate: small → medium or medium → large, one step per action. No plane may be flying on that gate or below it.
• Open a Service Office: take the top office of any Office Display stack and put it in an open private office slot or an open Terminal office slot. A Terminal office grants you 1 Wild Service Token immediately. Ordinary offices cannot later be moved or removed.
• Extra gate: place an Extra Gate tile beside your Concourse. It also adds 2 token spaces.

[Shares] Discard a Company Share when upgrading medium → large. [Specialists] Hire a Specialist is an additional build option.

Advertising

Pay the Activity Tokens shown on one face-up Ad Campaign, take that card and refill its display position. Launch only one ad per launch action. Wild Service Tokens cannot replace Activity Tokens. Each launched card scores once at game end.

Suitcases

Only your worker can activate Place a Suitcase. Take one from your board and put it on an Executive Office bearing the suitcase symbol. Several suitcases may share a space. You cannot move a placed suitcase directly elsewhere: reclaim it on a later turn first.

Reclaiming a suitcase resolves the office action but never places another suitcase. Reclaim before moving your worker or wait until your next turn.

Other actions

Reserve a destination, lease a plane, or gain the printed Service Token when an effect offers it. Service Offices grant both services; destinations grant a choice of one.
