The New Secrets

Adds secret cards and new base cards that change the secret search rules.

Short tag: [ Secrets]

What it adds

This booster adds new secret cards and seven new base cards. Its cards are marked so they can be removed when playing without the booster.

Setup changes

Skip the usual secret-deck sorting step: shuffle all base and booster secrets together and place them face down. Add the seven new base cards to the base-card set. When using A New Beginning’s replacement base cards, shuffle these seven into that replacement set instead.

New rules

When an effect tells you to search for a secret with a particular number, reveal only the next matching secret in the deck. Leave other secrets with that number in the deck.

Scoring changes

No separate scoring system; use the selected module’s mission and the normal tableau and skull conditions.
