Can I present a perfume on my final turn, and will it score again in the parade?

When the last Sunday triggers the end, continue normal turn order until it would return to the trigger player. Other players take their normal turn during that wraparound; the trigger player may still spend an Originality token for an extra turn before the game ends. In the final parade, each player can complete perfumes and score them, starting with the player who triggered the end. See the rulebook, pp. 14–15, and the BGG thread. The forum answer is by credited playtester Gabriele Surcis, so it is community guidance, not publisher-confirmed.

What happens if a perfume combination has no empty sub-cells?

That scent combination scores nothing: no Originality, Court preference, King preference or perfection points. A perfume with two complementary scents is checked separately for each combination. BGG thread. Answered by credited playtester Gabriele Surcis; community guidance, not publisher-confirmed.

Must I have a Letter of Reference to present a perfume?

No. You can present without one; a Letter of Reference determines whether you score Court-preference points and how many. This is supported by the BGG thread and the official example of play.

Can Dame A move the Court marker between the combinations of one perfume? Official

No. Move it before or after scoring the complete perfume, not during its scoring. If Dame C allows two perfumes in one action, Dame A can be used between the two perfumes. Publisher confirmed by Greenskid (Alessandro Lala, Gotha Games director) in the BGG Rules forum.
