Can I pass through a port or backtrack during a sail? Official
A Set Sail movement is one focused trip from one port to another, with no backtracking or looping within that movement. When you enter a port with room for your ship, stop there and reset the toll and share-coverage calculation; you may then take another free Set Sail action. If a port already has two ships, you may pass through it, but cannot stop there or reset the calculation.

Can I deliver multiple times at the same town port? Official
Yes. After a delivery replaces the town's Demand Marker, you may immediately deliver again if your ship has containers matching the new demand. Each delivery is another free action and resolves its own market and demand changes.

What happens when the drawbag runs out of a container color? Official
You cannot produce a color that is no longer in the drawbag. The designer says to refill the bag once it becomes empty so production can resume; his answer does not specify which containers go back into it.
