Master Print Modules

Optional rules for New Company Actions, Cargo Operations, Passenger Cars, and Leaders.

The four modules below are from Quined Games’ English Master Print leaflet linked in its June 2026 production update. Choose any combination before setup. New Company Actions, Cargo Operations, and Leaders can be used in solo; Passenger Cars cannot.

The leaflet’s component terms are used here where available: Asset Value marker, Deal tile, Cash Flow marker, Warehouse, and Agency. The French final core book uses translated terms for some of these pieces.

New Company Actions

Shuffle the five Development inlays and five Logistics inlays separately. Pair one of each beside every Setup card. Consider the two inlays when choosing your starting Setup card. Each player places their two inlays over different Company actions, replacing those actions.

Development inlayEffect
1Gain ₹1.
2Advance your lowest Asset Value marker one step; choose one if tied.
3Receive one Deal tile.
4Gain ₹4.
5Advance two steps on the Performance track.
Logistics inlayEffect
1Reduce your Cash Flow marker to 0; load a Crate into the Benares Warehouse.
2Reduce your Cash Flow marker to 0; load a Crate into the Calcutta Warehouse.
3Reduce your Cash Flow marker to 0; load two Crates onto the same train.
4Reduce your Cash Flow marker to 0; establish one Regional Agency.
5Reduce your Cash Flow marker to 0; load one Crate and perform two moves.

Cargo Operations

Add the two extra white Performance tiles to the base eight. Shuffle all ten, place eight randomly on their marked spaces, and return two to the box. Shuffle the five Shipping tiles, place one on each of the three Ship reward spaces, and return two.

The Shipping-tile overview lists seven effects: advance your Financial Advisor one step; gain ₹3; advance one Asset Value marker one step; advance Performance one step; advance both city Market pawns one step; instead of taking rupees, load one Crate onto a Ship and take its usual reward; or instead of the rupee reward, take two Ship rewards of your choice. The leaflet provides only five Shipping tiles but lists seven effects, without saying which two are absent from the printed set. Follow the five tile faces in your copy; this guide does not guess which effects are omitted.

Passenger Cars

Before Setup-card selection, give each player one Passenger Car and one randomly dealt Fare tile. Put any remaining Fare tiles face up beside the board. Each player replaces one Small Freight Car with the Passenger Car and places it where their second Small car would go.

Passenger Cars cannot carry Crates or advance their owner’s Performance. On arriving in a city, take the reward on your Fare tile, then exchange it for one tile from the face-up display. Resolve multiple Passenger Cars in arrival order. In a four-player game, one Fare tile remains in the display.

FareArrival reward
1Gain ₹5.
2Advance Performance three steps.
3Advance Benares Market, Calcutta Market, and Financial Advisor one step each.
4Advance two Asset Value markers one step each; they may be the same marker.
5Receive one Deal tile.

Leaders

Shuffle the six Leader cards and place one face up below each Setup-card and starting-token pair. Consider the Leader when choosing your starting setup.

Leader cardAdvantage
AminaGain ₹3 each time you load a Crate onto a Ship.
IshwarGain ₹3 each time one of your Freight Cars arrives in Benares.
3Double the rupees gained from a white Performance Bonus; do not pay for a red one.
4Gain ₹2 for each of your Crates delivered to Calcutta, even when an opponent moved the car.
5Gain ₹2 each time you receive a Deal tile, and 1 VP per Deal tile you own at game end.
6Gain ₹3 each time you place an Agency on your Company board.

The leaflet names Amina and Ishwar; its text does not name the other four Leaders. They remain numbered by card order here rather than receiving invented names. With Leaders in solo, add 20 VP to the Major’s target score.
