Cards & Components
Every Trajan component face with a picture and what it does: all 54 Trajan tiles with their colours, the forum, extra action, construction, demand, ship, bonus and quarter year tiles, the 12 commodities, the boards and pieces.
Board, tile and card pictures are scans of the printed components from the public
Trajan Tabletop Simulator mod;
the action circle examples, time track and pieces come from Ammonit’s English rulebook (2nd edition).
Effects are in our own words; the rulebook wins. Commodity names are ours — the rulebook only shows
pictures.

Tiles
Trajan tiles
54 tiles, 9 in each of 6 stacks. The three chosen at setup must be different, but you may collect multiple tiles of a kind later. Each shows two marker colours: accomplish it only when your last sown marker lands in the adjacent tray and both colours are then present (Accomplish a Trajan tile) FAQ FAQ.

Forum tiles
70 tiles with one shared back, taken with the Forum action or by a military leader in a province. The rulebook does not give how many of each. Senate votes combine track position and tile votes; ties go to the marker further along the track, then higher in its stack. Both Consul roles are awarded even when players have zero votes, and Senate tiles in provinces stay there between quarters.

Construction tiles
20 tiles, 4 of each of 5 types, worth 2 to 5
when taken. Your first tile of each type also gives the bonus action shown on your mat; at the end 3 of a type score 10, 4 score 20 (Construction action). Sites already occupied by a worker remain usable: placing there earns no tile, but lets you continue building from that spot FAQ.

Demand tiles
15 tiles, 5 of each; 3 are removed unseen at setup. One is revealed at the end of each of the first three rounds of a quarter (demands). When a demand is due, a matching Trajan tile meets it before a forum tile; unmet demands can move your score below zero FAQ FAQ.

Ship tiles
3 double-sided tiles at the seaport: ship the shown set from your hand for the shown

Bonus tiles
12 double-sided tiles: yellow side for the consul (and the starting tile), grey side for the vice consul. Demand sides score once if you have at least one matching forum tile, not once per tile; a leftover demand wild tile may stand in. Pair bonus tiles count matching cards in your display, while a used commodity wild leaves the game before final scoring (Bonus tiles) FAQ FAQ.
