Cards & Components

Every card and token of World Order — Starting and Market Ability cards, Strategic Assets, Growth cards, all 93 Country cards, Trade Deals, Commerce, Executive Orders, the 20 Auto-Influence cards and the pieces — with what each one does.

Every distinct face, grouped by type, with a link to the rule that uses it. Board, token and example-card pictures come from the rulebook. The other card faces come from the card sheets of a public Tabletop Simulator mod, which shows the first printing (the one the rulebook’s examples use), except the Market cards: those are from public BoardGameGeek photos of a later printing, linked under their heading, because the two printings differ on some Market cards. On Ability cards, the Bonus (top left) and the Research value under it pay out only if the card is still in your hand at Research; the cost is what the card costs to take from the Market.

Boards

The World Order main board with numbered parts

  1. VP track — around the edge; flip your Scoring marker past 100.
  2. Turn Order track — re-chosen each round, fewest VPs first.
  3. Round track — 6 rounds; Scoring after rounds 3 and 6.
  4. Region panel — permanent slots above the line, temporary slots below, the Engage cost in Diplomacy and the majority bonuses.
  5. Country card spaces — two face-up decks per Region.
  6. Zone-of-interest flags — Regions where that power checks THREAT and can always Move.
  7. Local powers — the black starting cubes in Middle East–North Africa and South Asia.
  8. Majority tokens — most money, most Armies, most allied Countries.

The USA's Player board with numbered parts

  1. Primary Production — Energy Raw Materials Food, produced every Preparation phase.
  2. Focus — Domestic, Diplomatic or Military, chosen each round.
  3. Secondary Production — Consumer Goods Services Diplomacy Army, each made from the inputs printed above its track.
  4. Prosperity track — spend Consumer Goods to climb for VPs and money.
  5. Resource track — 0 to 10 of each resource.
  6. Starting money — printed above the track (USA 30, EU 25, Russia 15, China 20).
